About this Event

Placer SPCA's Mobile Spay & Neuter Clinic

In partnership with Animal Save, we offer Mobile Spay and Neuter Clinics at our Adoption & Education Center (200 Tahoe Ave in Roseville) for Placer County residents owned cats and dogs. At this time, we have a one animal limit. Currently, we are unable to offer services for feral cats.

Information for cat owners:

• The adult owner of the cat must be the person who registers for this clinic and brings the cat to their spay/neuter appointment. The owner will be required to show identification that matches the name and address given at registration.

• Cats are required to be in a clean secure plastic carrier.

• Kittens must be at least two months old or weigh a minimum of two pounds to be safely spayed or neutered.

• Additional services, such as vaccinations and other medical treatment, will be at your expense and must be paid in cash with exact change at the time of pick up.

Cat Drop off: 8:30am - 8:45 am

Pick up: 2:00-3:30 pm (same day)

• Subsidized cat spay and neuter for Placer County residents will continue while funds are available.

Information for dog owners:

This form of registration is for Pit Bulls/Pit Bull Mixes and for other dog breeds (if owner has provided proof of receiving government assistance). Non-Pit Bull breeds will be required to pay half the cost of the spay/neuter surgery (prices vary depending on weight/sex). The estimated cost will be emailed to the client prior to the spay/neuter appointment.

• The adult owner of the dog must be the person who registers for this clinic and brings the dog to their spay/neuter appointment. The owner will be required to show identification that matches the name and address given at registration.

• Dogs cannot be over 90 pounds

• Additional services, such as vaccinations, microchips and other medical treatment, will be at your expense and must be paid in cash with exact change at the time of pick up.

Drop off: 8:45am - 9:00am

Pick up: 2:00-3:30 pm (same day)

• Subsidized Pit Bull/Pit Bull mix spay and neuters for Placer County residents will continue while funds are available.
