Placemaking Grant Interested Applicant Q&A - IN PERSON

The Charlotte Urban Design Center (UDC) will have drop-in hours for applicants of the 2026 Placemaking Grant to ask questions about the application process and their specific placemaking projects. Attendance is recommended but not required. The same content will be provided at the virtual workshop on Tuesday, April 21.

The Studio is located at 1507 Camden Rd in the heart of South End. We encourage you to walk, bike, or take the light rail, as we are steps away from the Bland Street Light Rail Station. Two-hour paid parking is available on Camden Road and adjacent streets. Free street parking is also available on S. Church Street, Key Court, and Rensselaer Avenue.
