At Love and Meditate, we believe in the magic of bringing people together through soothing sound baths, great conversations, and, of course, food that warms the heart (and the belly!). Because let's be real—nothing bonds people faster than sharing a slice and some stories. ?✨

Whether you're sober, sober-curious, or just curious, we welcome you to connect in a relaxed and supportive space. Each guest gets to unwind on their own comfy mattress, complete with pillows, blankets, and eye masks, all provided by us. Think of it as a cozy sleepover—but with a meditation twist and a side of pizza!

Here’s the plan:

• Arrival: 10 minutes before start time to settle in (we’re outdoors, bug spray provided to keep those pesky bites away).
• Sound Bath: 7 PM - 8 PM — Drift away in sound and relaxation.
• Comfort Food Picnic: 8 PM — Dive into pizza and mingle.
• Connection Time: Until 9:30 PM — Chat, connect, and laugh with like-minded souls.

You'll head home by 9:30 PM, snuggled up in your PJs, and ready to embrace a new day with peace and joy! Space is limited, so grab your spot and get ready for a night of pizza, PJs, and pure, peaceful vibes! ?️?‍♀️✨
