This class is held at Rosewood Farm & Market- 12 S. Water St. BataviaJoin us for a fun, interactive pizza-making workshop! In this class, you’ll learn the art of making delicious homemade pizza from scratch—perfectly chewy dough, flavorful sauce, and delicious toppings using fresh ingredients.
We’ll begin with a chef demonstration on dough preparation, stretching techniques, and sauce building. Then everyone will have the chance to create their own personal pizza using a variety of toppings and farm-fresh herbs.

All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.

All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
