Learn to make perfect pizza in this hands-on half-day class! Whether you prefer a thin and crispy base or a chewy and puffy crust, we’ll show you how to achieve the best results at home.We’ll start with the most important part—the dough. After extensive testing (and plenty of taste-testing!), we’ve perfected a no-fuss, minimal-effort recipe. You’ll make your own to take home while using the chef’s rested dough to shape and bake your pizza in class.
Next, you’ll prepare a rich tomato sauce, because a great pizza deserves the perfect base. You’ll take home a portion and use some on your pizza in class.
Finally, you’ll learn the best shaping, topping, and cooking techniques to achieve the ultimate homemade pizza. Your chef will also demo a garlic and herb butter for mini dough balls, adding a delicious extra touch to your meal.
And of course, pizza is best straight from the oven, so you’ll have plenty of time to enjoy your creations after class.

Freshly made pizza dough and a tub of homemade pizza sauce. We can provide pizza boxes if you’d like to take any pizza leftovers, but let’s be honest—you probably won’t have any!
