Pizza Learning Class • New Haven Pizza School • Dough To Dish!

This class goes over all the details of making New Haven Style Pizza or apizza (ah'beetz) as we call it in CT. We start with a quick history of apizza in New Haven, then right into making the dough and sauce (demo by me) and then I walk you through balling the dough, stretching, assembling, launching then baking. Everyone will make their own pizza in a beautiful smelling wood fired oven. I supply mozzarella (cheese) and pepperoni as toppings. Feel free to bring your own toppings as well. You will be supplied with a recipe and measuring cup to take home with you to make your own pizza at home. The essence of this class is to have fun. Italian music will be playing in the background as well.

As this class fills I will start another one, they will always be on Monday nights starting at 6 PM - 9 PM at Next Door in New Haven, CT. If there are no tickets left, please contact me to put you on next class list.

I also do 1:1 training at your home, group classes for friends and family, Corporate team building events, etc. Additionally, I can teach you have to make calzones, pizza fritta, stuffed breads, roll-ups, Italian bread, etc. (not in this class).
