After participating in this hands-on workshop, you will have the confidence to create your own pizzas at home.About this Event
Join Chef Annalyce Loretto and Pizzaiolo Carl McNair in an outdoor cooking class using our Italian wood-burning oven. In this morning class, you will learn how to make pizzas, which can both be topped with oils, tomatoes, herbs and accoutrements of your choosing for endless variations. Please come dressed for the weather, and bring your appetite, as you'll be sampling your creations. Ages 8+
