Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on Pizza and Shawarma Making at our Training Center located at #9 Anonas Road, Project 3, Quezon City, from 10 am to 6 pm.Learn and experience making different types of pizza, shawarma, and various dips and sauces from scratch!
Types of pizza include:
- Italian Pizza
- Pinoy-style pizza
- Pangmasa pizza
- Laing pizza
- Sisig Pizza
- Pesto pizza
- Stuffed crust pizza
Shawarma making also covers the preparation of pita bread and sauces like hummus, garlic, and tahini sauce.
During the seminar, participants will also learn proper safety and sanitation, familiarity with equipment, utensils, ingredients, and cost, and many beneficial tips for those who want to venture into the pizza and shawarma restaurant business.
