Get ready for Pixel Wars 2025, the ultimate high-energy design showdown where creativity, skill, and innovation collide! Hosted by the Graphic Arts & Illustration Program at Cardozo EC, Pixel Wars brings together DCPS CTE students from across the city for a live design competition that celebrates visual storytelling, teamwork, and design excellence.

Watch student designers go head-to-head in a 60-minute creative challenge using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop—each team racing against the clock to bring their concepts to life based on a surprise creative brief. This year’s event expands to include Audio/Visual (AV) teams presenting short films that showcase their storytelling power and technical mastery.
