Event Highlights:

Live DJ Sets: Dance the night away to the beats of renowned local DJs spinning a mix of EDM, drum and bass, and tech house with tracks and remixes inspired by classic video games. Feel the nostalgia with every drop!

Costume Contest: Come dressed as your favorite Nintendo character and compete in our costume contest. Prizes will be awarded for the most creative, authentic, and crowd-pleasing costumes.

Gaming Corner: Grab some friends and compete in Mario Kart on the Nintendo Switch, we'll have a projector screen so anyone can watch and cheer you on.

Exclusive Merchandise: Grab exclusive rave merchandise including glow-in-the-dark accessories, handmade crochet creations by local crafter, rave accessories and more.

19+ with ID required for entry. Debit is accepted at the door and bar but please bring cash for anything else you may want or need.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely scenario that the event cannot go forward due to unforseen circumstances, there will be no refunds for the event due to non-refundable deposits. The event will be postponed to a later date and your tickets will be honoured for the new event dates. Tickets can only be resold until Wednesday, February 28th at midnight. Email through Eventbrite for ticket resale.

No transphobia, homophobia, racism, sexism, bullying, sexual harassment or violence will be tolerated. Attendee’s must practice informed consent at all times. No always means No. A maybe also means No. If the person is intoxicated that also means No. There must be a continuous enthusiastic Yes for there to be consent which can be revoked at any time. Any offenders will be pulled aside for questioning and may be immediately removed from the grounds with no refund and a ban from future events. Check in often and be good to each other.

Attention: If you feel any flu like symptoms please stay home. By purchasing a ticket you accept the risk that you may catch covid or transmit it to others. You agree to hold Immersive Productions ltd Directors, attendees, associates, artists, volunteers, the venue, contractors and employees free from any liability or damages that may be caused by sickness or death due to any covid related illness. By purchasing a ticket you agree that you are making a choice to the amount of risk you feel comfortable with and that you are fully responsible for yourself.
