Pivoters: Career Transition Support Group

Pivoters is a counseling-informed support group that centers occupational, emotional, and social wellness for adults navigating career transitions, burnout, or shifts in professional identity. Sessions emphasize reflection, values clarification, and shared experience in community rather than problem-solving or performance.

This group is offered in person or virtually. Once registered, participants will be asked to confirm whether they plan to attend in person or remotely, as in-person spaces are limited. Shawn will follow up by email with a Google Calendar invitation prior to the start of the group.

Shawn is a first-semester therapist-in-training who brings prior experience as an MBA and career pivoter, offering a thoughtful and grounded perspective on professional change and identity.
