FAQs
How Should We Prepare?

Bring your camera and your biggest smiles.

  • Fully charge your phone ahead of time
  • Make sure your child gets a good night’s sleep or nap
  • We recommend eating beforehand, as no food is served at the event

What Should We Wear?

Little ones are encouraged to wear their favorite princess dress or costume, or anything that makes them feel happy and comfortable.

To help keep the magic alive, adults should refrain from wearing any character-specific costumes, allowing our princesses to feel as “real” as possible for the children.

Check-In Information

Please have your ticket or order number ready at check-in.

  • All guests must have a ticket to attend.
  • Children under 12 months attend free with a paid adult/child ticket.
  • Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for parking and check-in.
  • Parking varies by venue, so feel free to call ahead if needed.

What to Expect

Our Pretty Princess Parties event begins with a Royal Entrance, introducing our fairytale friends in the most magical way.

Next, we start with large group games and warm-up activities to help everyone relax and get to know one another. Once the event is in full swing, guests will enjoy continuous princess interactions, including stories, songs, dances, and magical moments.

Your child will meet every princess in attendance. Throughout the event, there will be multiple opportunities for photos and hugs. To ensure no one misses a magical moment, the final few minutes of the event are dedicated to photos in case you missed meeting any characters earlier.

This event is thoughtfully organized for a great group experience. With over 10 years of event hosting, we are happy to serve repeat guests year after year that make our event a true tradition!

Tips for a Magical Experience

Occasionally, due to excitement and energy, children may need gentle guidance. We kindly ask parents and guardians to assist if needed.

  • Our princesses are not caretakers or babysitters.
  • Adults must remain with children for the duration of the event.
  • Please allow each child their moment — do not rush interactions or photos.

Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
