Pitmasters to compete and The Hair Band Experience ready to rock as the Brew & BBQ Bash returns to Streetsboro City ParkBBQ enthusiasts and craft beer lovers are set to emerge for the family event of the year. After an amazing inaugural 2024 event, the 2nd annual Brew & BBQ Bash will take over Streetsboro City Park, 8970 Kirby Ln., Saturday, August 16, 2025 – 12 Noon to 7pm.
Hats off to last year’s BBQ competing teams and congratulations to the 2024 Brew & BBQ Grand Champion Sucka Bone BBQ of Ravenna; runner-up Jay Rhea BBQ of Aurora; People’s Choice BBQ truck winner, Chasin’ Tailz BBQ of Ravenna; and runner-up Pink Piggy BBQ of Macedonia.
Local pitmasters will once again be competing in five different “Best of...” categories to be named the 2025 BREW & BBQ GRAND CHAMPION, along with local BBQ food trucks also be competing for the PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Special Olympics “Portage Grin and Bear It” organization and the Streetsboro Heritage Foundation.
Headlining the Woodsy’s Music Stage are Detroit’s own, “The Hairband Experience.” Celebrating the best days of Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Poison and more with full costume changes, role changes and set enhancement, fans will have a true concert experience.”
Fun for the whole family with kid’s games, face painting, Pure Passions Alpacas, and The Foam Zone all returning for the Brew & BBQ Bash, plus many more attractions.
The 2nd annual Brew & BBQ Bash will feature live entertainment with traditional and BBQ food trucks, kid’s attractions and BBQ competitions all highlighted with many craft brewers returning from Northeast Ohio.
