2.30 to 3 pm: Registration and Setup

3.00 to 3.15 pm: Q&A style mini- Opening keynote by Chuck Eason, CEO, Large Scale Fab, Inc. Small Business Innovation and Research (SBIR) Advisor.

3.15 to 3.30 pm: Q&A style Health Tech CVC Keynote on How Lifesciences/Health Tech startups can attract Tech CVC’s and other non-Lifesciences investors.

5.00 to 5.10 pm: Q&A style mini-closing keynote by Representative of our Sponsor, Niterra Ventures, formerly NGK CVC, which is investing $ 1b in startups, 50% of which in Lifesciences.

5.15 onwards – Networking Reception.

Event details for startups

Startups will be connected to the UC Berkeley Extension team 5 days before the event. The Extension team will provide logistical details for the event.

During the event, startups will have 6 minutes to pitch, and 2 mins for questions from featured investors and attendees (which would also include investors).

Following the main event, there will be a session where each startup presenter will have a short private meeting with a featured investor assigned based on fit.

The registered startup company’s name and information will be sent out to our network of investors via our newsletter for increased visibility with investors for the startup.
