7. How to prepare Collection Information Statements for individuals, and,
8. How to prepare an Offer in Compromise.

The workshop includes case studies and information on how to use technology to ease every part of the process. Attendants get continuing education credits and two certificates, as applicable. You may attend in-person or online.
