Come join us for a blissful evening under the Pisces New Moon at St. Matthew's Church Hall. Immerse yourself in the gentle practice of Restorative Yin Yoga to relax and release tension. Let the soothing sounds of a Sound Bath wash over you, promoting deep relaxation and healing. Connect with the energy of the moon and set your intentions for the coming lunar cycle.

We will be working with the energy of the Pisces New Moon; the final sign in the zodiac calendar and therefore a prompt to bring things to a close and initiate new beginnings for the next astrological year. Our event takes place a couple of weeks after the festival of Imbolc, which marks the first signs of Spring emerging, so nature’s reawakening will have already started to gain momentum. Pisces is a water sign and as such promotes deep healing within. As we draw things to a close, we will look within at what we need to nourish, soothe and heal within ourselves so we can move ahead with courage and confidence in 2025. We will also be coming to the tail end of the Water Element of the Five Element Theory, which is symbolic of the Winter months so it is fitting that the two coincide to provide watery power in abundance.
