Shreveport annual mud bug madness festival occurs every year on Memorial Day weekend. It is a three day event starting on Friday and going through Sunday. There are two stages and 30 bands playing. There will be food and arts and craft vendors. The cost is $10 per person per day or a three day pass for $15. Bally’s Shreveport is offering a 20% discount on rooms. We are planning on attending on Saturday and Sunday because I personally want to see the Chee Wheez that are performing on Sunday night from 8 to 10 PM. This will be our first official Hellfire on the Red-La Krewe event. We are asking all of our pirate Krewe friends to support us. If you’ve ever fantasized about being a pirate or just plain think Pirates are cool as shit we want you to join us as well!! So don your pirate garb or come as you are and check us out. I promise you will have a great time and be “ hooked”. Let’s hoist the Jolly Roger and make this an Epic Adventure!
