Ahoy, mateys! September is shaping up to be a grand time in Old Town Spring!

The festivities begin with the Renaissance Rumpus on September 19–20, 2026, coinciding with International Talk Like a Pirate Day. As the town fills with pirates, rogues, adventurers, and other colorful characters, visitors can enjoy a weekend of Renaissance and pirate-themed fun throughout Old Town Spring.

But when the Rumpus comes to an end, not all of our guests are ready to leave port.

Join us the following Saturday for Pirate Hangover Sip & Shop on September 26, 2026, where some of the pirates and mermaids have decided to linger a little longer. Meet swashbuckling pirates, snap photos with a live mermaid, explore the Pirate Rails throughout town, and discover hidden treasures in our unique local shops.

Enjoy themed food and drinks, face and body painting, family-friendly activities, and plenty of pirate mischief as you hunt for the best booty in town. Whether you attended the Renaissance Rumpus or are simply looking for a fun day out, Pirate Hangover Sip & Shop is the perfect chance to continue the adventure.
