Set sail through the streets of Long Beach in this interactive pirate treasure hunt filled with rival crews, chaotic choices, and the very real possibility of accidentally summoning a kraken.

You’re a pirate captain with a ship-sized ego, zero crew, and a hat so magnificent that Captain Neckbeard simply had to insult it. He’s already bragging his way toward the greatest treasure of the age, loudly claiming you’ll never catch up.

To prove him wrong, you’ll dash through the city recruiting questionable sailors, collecting dubiously useful supplies, and making choices that may or may not be wise.

Dress up, build your pirate flag, and compete for prizes.

Assemble the perfect crew and the treasure is yours. Assemble the wrong one and you will almost certainly have to explain how the kraken got involved. Again.

This is a self-guided experience played through the Story City app. You will not meet a guide or staff member on the ground during gameplay, but there will be other pirate crews racing for treasure throughout the city during the event window.

The experience unfolds entirely through your phone as you recruit crewmates, uncover clues, and progress through the adventure at your own pace.

This outdoor pirate adventure sends you across real city streets chasing treasure, recruiting chaotic crewmates, collecting supplies, and making choices that shape your ending.

Dress to impress — pirate hats, dramatic coats, sea captain energy, and full swashbuckling chaos are highly encouraged.

Pets are welcome. Bonus points for parrots, obviously.
