Piped Throw Pillow with Zipper Class

Come learn essential sewing basics in this two-part class making an 18" square throw pillow with piping and a zipper. It's fun, and it makes a great gift too!

When: 10/13th and 20th from 6-8:30p

Where: KFLY Studios at 2307 1st Ave inside Ghosts Vintage

What to bring: Just yourself and your own pillow fabric if you'd like, more info below!
Materials such as piping, zipper, inner pillow, and other essential sewing tools will all be provided at the studio in Belltown.

We have a moderate fabric selection for you to choose from. If you'd like to bring your own fabric, please make sure it is at least 1 yard of natural fiber and at least 45" wide. We suggest shopping at Stitches on Cap Hill; they have really cool fabrics!

During the workshop you will work on a sewing machine provided to us by Quality Sew and Vacuum. Our experienced instructor KFLY will guide you through each step with patience and clarity.

This class is designed as a 2nd or 3rd project for a beginner level sewist, or anyone who wants to brush up on their sewing skills. Please take our Sewing Machine Basics or Tote Bag Class if you're just getting started in this amazing craft.

By the end of the class, you'll not only have a lovely pillow to take home, but you'll also leave with newfound sewing skills that you can use for future projects. Get ready to sew and create something beautiful with us, we can't wait!
