The Pioneers Programme was created to empower young, underrepresented talent in realising their potential to thrive as part of the creative workforce. Paired with mentors from top brands Nike, Netflix, Spotify, Conde Nast & more the emerging creatives completed an 8-month programme designed to balance the scales within the industry.
