In the mid eighties, Chicago was the land of House music (and still is). However, as members of the DJ collectives: New Division, Industrial Network, Underground Sex Vigilantes, New Force and Muzik Conspiracy, these 5 djs went against the grain and introduce radio listeners and southside party goers to bands like: Depeche Mode, New order, Joy Division, Ministry, Nitzer Ebb, Erasure + music from local record label “Wax Trax” and other New Wave / Industrial / and Alternative bands.

Maybe you picked up one of their mixtapes and thought “whoa,.... this is different”. Their music was featured on Chicago radio stations like WCYC, WRTE & WCRX . Over the past 30+ years, these 5 new Wave / Alternative pioneers have continued to go against the grain by playing Underground dance music in Chicago.

For one night only, we invite you to experience a live event that will transport you back in time and we will also be spinning current Electronic Dance music with the same vibe and energy you that fell in love with. Plus a special live band performance by the “M80s" playing all your MTV New Wave favorites.
