Pioneer Quartet Boot Camp 2026

PIO's Quartet Boot Camp is an annual day-long educational and coaching event, designed to help existing quartets with quality, experienced coaching, as well as individuals interested in starting or joining a quartet. There are also general seminars on singing and performance technique, presented by some of Pioneer's finest and most experienced performers, coaches, and directors.
FOR QUARTETS, this means getting 4 1/2 total hours of coaching from 3 different, experienced coaches at roughly half of a standard hourly coaching fee.
FOR INDIVIDUALS, this means getting advice and instruction from Pioneer medalists and coaches about finding the right blend, what to expect on their quartet journey, structuring a quartet rehearsal, and maybe even finding their new quartet right there!
FOR DIRECTORS, simply put, you get better singers. Every part of this educational event is designed to offer exceptional opportunities for growth and development for everyone involved.
This year, we're opening up to ALL BARBERSHOPPERS who are interested in honing their craft, not just Pioneer members! BHS, SAI, Harmony Inc., Frank Thorne, and even unaffiliated barbershoppers. We want EVERYONE to share in this chance to learn and grow as barbershoppers!
The cost is $30 per person ($120 per quartet) and includes lunch and a free registration to Pioneer's "Bush League" contest (August 7th & 8th in Cadillac). You can register from the Pioneer District website, or HERE directly:
