PINTS aims to attract Milwaukee's most motivated minds and passionate problem solvers to connect those with the will, with those with the skill, and combine their talents in meaningful ways.
We accomplish this by carefully curating an atmosphere where creativity can thrive. It's honest, relaxed, and at times even a little rebellious.
AI is changing our world, impacting our lives, and stirring our emotions. Hope is high, but so are fear and uncertainty. Clear answers about AI and how it will impact our lives are hard to find. Opportunities to speak transparently about the risks, have our questions answered, or feel reassured are rare. PINTS challenges each of us to reevaluate the role of technology in our rapidly changing world, the role it should play as it continues to evolve, and the role we play in shaping the future.
The programming is thoughtful. The delivery is carefree. Come as you are. Give what you can. Take what you need. Leave what you please. All we ask is that you come ready to engage and help us succeed.
We invite you to engage deeply, speak freely, and welcome discussions that embrace complexity, acknowledge the gravity and urgency of the risks we face, and commit to seeking solutions to the challenges ahead. If the world starts to burn, you could look for the marshmallows—or you could join us, kick back, relax, and figure out how to fix it. Come have a beer, and let’s get to work.

Our goals are as simple as they are ambitious:
- Create a community of passionate local leaders and IT professionals who share the belief that technology should make our lives better and empower us to succeed, find fulfillment, and lead more meaningful lives.
- Inspire our leaders to commit to people-first technology strategies, designed intentionally around human impact and solving presing needs.
- Build a better future by building a better right now, right here in Milwaukee.
- Unite Milwaukee's business leaders and technology professionals around our mission, create a culture that values our mission, in doing so, creating a culture that values human benefit in ever technology initiative.
We hope through our efforts Milwaukee can become a stronger, safer, and more successful city by setting the standard for sustainable, human-led technology planning and integration.
