Join us for monthly Pints and Poses yoga! $15 gets you a 1-hour all levels Hatha flow yoga class in the taproom taught by Shannon McElroy and a beer/cider/seltzer or kombucha afterwards.Shannon has been a yoga instructor in Charlottesville for over 14 years. She trained at the Charlottesville Yoga School and also teaches classes at ACAC. She also happens to be our brewer Kevin's wife!!
