The London Methodist Lunch Club welcomes you to a wholesome three course £22 lunch served by professional waiting staff, mingle with hospitable people, and lively conversation.
The guest speaker, Colin Richards, will be speaking about the history of Pinner Chalk Mines. The Mines are a network of abandoned chalk mine workings under Pinner, northwest London, dating from around the 14th to 19th century.
Historically used for lime, fertilizer, and brickmaking, and are noted for their remarkable preservation.
The Annual General Meeting follows afterwards.
