From their early breakthrough with If Two Worlds Kiss to their newest release, Black Swan, the Berlin-based trio has remained a vital force in the international post-punk community, shaping and reshaping the genre across decades.Black Swan, the band’s twelfth studio album, is an evocative response to instability—what the band calls a reflection on “unexpected events that derail what we took for granted.” True to form, Pink Turns Blue channel that disquiet into melancholic anthems laced with shimmering guitar lines, propulsive bass, and plaintive vocals.
