Rings awards to 1st -3rd (age divisions with 6+ teams)
Team Entry Fee
8U $175 10U -12U $225. 14U-16U/HS $250
Division requirements
Must have 4 teams for an age division to make
Deposits
We offer teams the option to pay a $50 non-refundable deposit vs. the full team entry fee so that they can hold a spot for their team. The remaining balance is due no later than October 9th. If remaining balance is left unpaid your team could be dropped from the tournament.
Payment in full
We offer an early bird special for teams who pay in full at the time that they register. This discount is valid for teams that register and pay in full by September 1, 2026. Please use promo code PINK10 at checkout to apply the 10% off discount.
REFUND POLICY
Deposits are non-refundable. We do not offer a refund for tournament team entry fee's once registration has closed and/or the age division you've registered for has made (whichever comes first). This is considered the "cutoff point". It is not fair to the other teams who've committed and paid just for another team to drop out last minute, jeopardizing that age division and causing everyone to have to scramble. The only instance in which we provide refunds after the cutoff point mentioned above is if we cancel the tournament due to inclement weather or natural disaster and if we are unable to reschedule the event to a different date.
