Our sound bath falls on the night of April's Full Moon. The Pink Moon rises as we bathe in sound. Our sound bath will be the perfect solution to calm your mind and body. This Sunday evening hour long session session offers a chance to relax, rejuvenate, and switch off setting you up for the week ahead.Guided by Dione, this transformative experience surrounds you with healing sounds from a variety of instruments, including crystal singing bowls, Symphonic gong, koshi chimes, wave drums, and more.
Sound healing entrains the brain, encouraging you to enter deeper, more peaceful states of restoration, calming the nervous system while alleviating the burdens of accumulated tension and stress.
Please wear comfortable, warm layers and bring along a mat, a pillow, a hot water bottle, and a blanket.
