Join me for a **Full Moon Yoga Flow & Sound Bath** on the sand, where we’ll move, breathe, and immerse ourselves in the soothing vibrations of sound healing. This practice will include **gentle movement, breathwork, and a relaxing sound bath** to help you shake off the heaviness of winter and step into spring feeling lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
