We had to move this class due to the instructors proximity to the Bug Fire. We have kept this a SATURDAY class offering but needed to move it to Labor Day weekend. If you are staying in town, join us!
Join Ruth Gault for this intro into learning pine needle weaving. This class is for beginners or those who might need a refresher in this artisan craft. Ruth gives a extensive lecture with a detailed handout, and will guide students step by step in this process.
This project uses a ceramic base and waxed linen thread. There will be a selection of ceramic bases and students have the option of using natural or dyed pine needles.
All tools and supplies will be provided. Ages 15+ This is a four hour class with time for a snack break factored in. Bring a sack lunch or snack if you like.
