Pine Lily Chapter January Member Meeting: Wine Down Wednesday

Welcome to the Pine Lily Chapter of the Florida Native Plant Society January Member Meeting: Wine Down Wednesday! Join us for a relaxing evening filled with good company, great conversations, and of course, a glass of wine or two. Our meeting will take place at Phyre Saloon and Steakhouse, a cozy venue perfect for unwinding after a long day. Come mingle with fellow members, share stories, and catch up on the latest chapter news. We can't wait to see you there!

We will arrive around 6 p.m. - 6:30 p.m., with 6:30 p.m. being our start time.

What's on the agenda? Basically we are going to talk about what YOU want to do in 2025!! What do you enjoy? We have some ideas (book club meetings, art meetings, hikes...) but would love your feedback. Some ideas to get your brain cells going:

1. What books would you like to read as a group? Last year we read "Nature's Best Hope", "The Orchid Thief" and read several of Marjorie Kinnan Rawlings's books. This year we have "A Land Remembered" slated for March 2025. What other fiction / non-fiction appeals to you?
2. What hikes / outdoor activities would you like to do? We routinely hike our major natural areas in Osceola County, but would you like to do a day trip somewhere? How about a visit to a local native nursery?
