With a celebrated career spanning five decades, Israeli- American violinist Pinchas Zukerman remains one of today’s most sought-after and versatile musicians. He has released over 100 albums, earning two Grammy® Awards and 21 nominations.
His current season includes performances in Vienna and Paris with the Vienna Philharmonic under Zubin Mehta, and with the Israel Philharmonic at Carnegie Hall led by Lahav Shani. He also performs chamber music at Carnegie Hall and throughout Europe, alongside international tours of Japan, China and Australia.
In Melbourne, he joins forces with Olga Sitkovetsky for an intimate recital rarely experienced. His expressive lyricism will be on full display in a compelling program of Beethoven, Franck, Brahms and Ben-Haim.
