👗 Got clothes gathering dust in your wardrobe? Don't bin them — Pimp My Garms is your chance to breathe new life into them.
🏛️ Join us at Urban MBA for an evening of hands-on upcycling workshops, sustainability talks, and community networking. Bring a garment you no longer wear and leave with something you'll actually love. Whether you're a complete beginner or already handy with a needle, this event is for anyone who wants to give their wardrobe a second life and reduce fashion waste.
🌟 Guided by Urban MBA alumni with deep roots in sustainable fashion and textile culture, you'll learn creative upcycling techniques, hear perspectives on responsible fashion, and connect with a community of people who believe style and sustainability go hand in hand.

🎤 Sustainability Talk
A keynote presentation on sustainability in fashion and textiles, led by the CEO of Asaasa Sustainability. Learn about the global impact of the clothing industry and the small changes that make a big difference.
7:00 PM
🧵 Upcycling Workshop
Hands-on workshop hosted by the CEO of Okuru LDN. Get guided through creative upcycling techniques and transform the garment you've brought along into something entirely your own.
9:00 PM
🎉 Closing Ceremony & Showcase
The evening closes with a display of every guest's customised piece — a celebration of creativity, community, and the power of giving clothes a second life.

⚠️ Important: Age Restriction
This event is open to guests aged 13 and over only.
Sharp tools including scissors, fabric cutters, sewing machines, and other equipment will be in use throughout the evening. Guests under 13 will not be permitted entry. Guests aged 13–17 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
EVENT SAFETY & CONDUCT GUIDELINES
For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, please be advised of the following rules and guidelines that will be strictly enforced throughout the event:
PROHIBITED ITEMS & BEHAVIOURS
- No violence or threatening behaviour of any kind will be tolerated
- No drugs or drug paraphernalia are permitted on the premises
- No sharp weapons are allowed (including knives, blades, or pointed objects)
- No outside beverages or food may be brought into the venue(complimentary drinks and food will be provided)
- Zero tolerance for theft - if we suspect theft has occurred, proper authorities will be contacted immediately
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
- Attendees whose costumes or attire include prop weapons must ensure these items are properly secured and handled with extreme caution
- Please be mindful of other attendees' personal space and safety at all times
- CCTV is in operation throughout the premises - please conduct yourself respectfully at all times
- When handling event technology and equipment, please do so with care and mindfulness
- Do not leave belongings unattended - this includes personal items, drinks, and food
- We are not responsible for any missing or stolen personal belongings - please keep your items secure at all times
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
- All attendees consuming alcoholic beverages are expected to do so responsibly
- Please conduct yourself in a respectful and decent manner throughout the event
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated
Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the event without refund. Our staff reserves the right to inspect bags and confiscate prohibited items upon entry.
