We are featuring the top three 2024 Wellington Regional Slam performers for our March 2025 event!
-Rebecca Lester is an actress by day, brooding poet by night. Her work is often inspired by the almost religious suffering of the human experience, and sharing oranges with lovers. She is the 2024 Wellington Slam Champion, and will be performing at the National Slam Championships in Auckland.
-Tarns Hood outsourced her bio and it came back in Limerick form:

Her gesticulations will make your day
A regular performer
A drinking reformer
Her cadence will blow you away
-KJ gathers inspiration as an observer of the world, enriched by her nursing work and her love for people, the outdoors, music, and theatre. Thrilled to be learning from some of the best poets she gets to know.
As usual, we start with an open mic - please show up a few minutes early to sign up the the open mic - talk to the person at the door.
As usual, $3-$5 entry.
