Pilsen's Autumn Vintage & Artisan Market

Logistics:

1. Vendors will be placed in 3 different locations. 6x5 will have locations on the first floor and on the balcony (reduce pricing for balcony) 8x8 & 10x10 in auditorium.
2. Event runs from 12-6pm. Admission is Free with RSVP or $5 at the door
3. Chairs are complimentary and tables available for rent at the venue ($20)
4. No food or beverage sales allowed except for food and beverage vendors
5. We are not liable for damages or stolen goods.
6. There are no refunds for vendor spaces. Spaces are limited.
7. All vendors are expected to promote the event to maximize attendance
8. We will be investing a large amount into paid advertising, flyers in the neighborhood and local businesses, prior event attendees, and influencer marketing to ensure a succesful event for all participants
9. All vendor spaces will be indoors
10. Load in will be 8:30-11:30am day of the event
11. Floor plan will be sent via email by Thursday of the week of the event
