Pilots for Kids Top Golf Fundraiser

Welcome to the Inaugural Pilots for Kids Top Golf Fundraiser!

Come join us on Sun, Oct 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM for a fun-filled day at Topgolf St. Petersburg. This event aims to raise funds for the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Pilots for Kids Organization. Our primary activity is visiting with and distributing toys (in our pilot uniforms) to hospitalized children in our community. Our visits occur throughout the year, although the majority of our visits are during the December holidays.

Whether you're a seasoned pro or a novice golfer, this event is perfect for anyone looking to have a great time while making a difference. Enjoy friendly competition, good food, and fantastic company all while supporting a worthy cause.

Event doors open at 11:45 am, and lunch buffet begins at 12:00 pm. The silent auction will end at 2:45 pm to announce the winners. Auction items will include a Treasure Island beach house rental, Horse Soldier Commander's Select Bourbon, a 30 min discovery flight in a Piper Cherokee Six, and more!

Ticket Types:

All tickets include gameplay, lunch at the buffet, and two beer/wine tickets. Non-alcoholic drinks are included in the buffet.

Teams of 6 -$500

Golfers who purchase a full bay receive a reserved bay for a group of 6 golfers during the tournament games.

Individual Player -$100

Individual golfers who purchase a single ticket will be paired with a team for the tournament games. If you want to be paired with another individual golfer please indicate on the registration form.

Donation

Individuals who are unable to attend, but would still like to support our mission, can select the "donation" ticket and make a gift.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Title Sponsor –$3,000

Our title sponsor will receive special recognition on TOPGOLF TV screens in the venue and donor recognition at the registration table and lunch buffet, as well as shout-out posts on social media. This package includes a bay with 6 ticket tickets to play.

The title sponsorship includes 6 tickets to play.

Lunch Sponsorship –$1,500

Lunch Sponsorship includes donor recognition at the registration table and lunch buffet, donor name listed at your bay during gameplay, as well as shout-out posts on social media. This package includes 6 tickets to play.
