Calling all peaceful warriors to join us for a free, city-wide pillow fight! Adults and kids of all ages are welcome.Come to blow off steam; to discharge rage at the state of the world; or just to experience the pure joy of safely smashing strangers with pillows.
We'll meet at 1pm near the field by the picnic shelter on the Eastern side of Carrier Park.
Enter at your own risk; and take responsibility for your own safety, and any children that you bring.
** By joining, you agree to reduce harm by:
1) Bringing a soft pillow, avoiding feather pillows or other heavier materials.
2) Matching the level of intensity/aggression with your opponent(s). This event welcomes full-throttle clobbering as well as gentle loving pillow bumps. Wear a head-band to signal if you wanna go hard!
3) Avoiding: shots to the head; engagements with pillow-less or sitting/laying bystanders.
4) Removing rings, glasses or other items that could cause injury.
In the event of inclement weather or freezing temperatures, we will reschedule.
