Pilates @ the park

I’m a Pilates instructor in training and fitness professional who’s been in the game since 2017. I’m currently completing my teaching hours and thought what better way than offering free community classes that get us moving, feeling good, and connecting with each other.

Join me Sunday, May 31st from 10:30–11:30am ( at Cheeseman park meet near pickleball courts) for a Pilates pop-up class. All you need is a mat, water, and your beautiful self.

After class, feel free to stick around for a little Sunday Funday — bring snacks and drinks of your liking, hang out for a bit, or head out after class if you need to. Choose your adventure ❤️
