Pilates Reformer Class

Group Class:The duration of the class is 50 minutes and it is tailored to your level of comfort and preference.Our group class consists of a small group of up to 5 people. We offer modifications to best match each individual’s goals as well as modifying exercises due to each individual’s capacities.Our studio is equipped with a variety of Pilates apparatus such as reformers, ladder barrels, and Pilates Chairs as well as other smaller Pilates accessories.
