Forget the traditional chocolates—we’re celebrating Galentine’s Day with radical intention, high-intensity movement, and heavy pours.

Join Kiersten, founder of KGC Pilates, at the stunning GreenRoom at PLG for the Galentine's Edition of our signature event series. This isn’t just a workout; it’s a 10/10 vibe designed to build your physical strength and your personal confidence in equal measure. Come for the burn, stay for the bubbles.

• 2:00 PM | Arrival & Energy: Doors open! Arrive, check in, and claim your mat space. Use this time to ground yourself and get into the zone.
• 2:15 PM | The Signature Sculpt: The movement begins. A 45-minute Mat Pilates flow focusing on precision, power, and that post-class glow. Confidence is a muscle—today, we train it.
• 3:05 PM | Sip & Social: The real "Galentine" magic happens. We’re popping the Prosecco! Enjoy chilled bubbles (or refreshing non-alcoholic options) paired with our curated artisanal fruit spread. This is your time to connect, network, and toast to the room until we wrap up at 4:00 PM.

• BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat): Don't be the one caught without a mat! We have a very limited stash of rentals available for $5 at checkout, but they are first-come, first-served.
• The Vibe: Bring your bestie and your best energy. We’re leaning into the Galentine’s theme, so feel free to rock your favorite pink and/or red movement set! If you don’t have those colors, don’t let that deter you—we just want you there ready to move and have a good time.

• 👯‍♀️ BESTIE BUNDLE ($75): Confidence is better with a partner. One ticket for you, one for your soulmate. Grab your bestie and save. Limited to 5 pairs.
• 🥂 GENERAL ADMISSION ($40): Your all-access pass to the ultimate Galentine's Sunday session.

• Location: The GreenRoom at PLG.
• Age: Must be 21+ to enjoy the Prosecco.
• Equipment: All resistance bands and props are provided.
• Capacity: Strictly limited to 28 mats. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.
