About this Event

If you are a hiker, beginner to advanced, or simply enjoy hiking local trails in the Shoreline/Edmonds/Lynnwood/Lake Forest area, and you need to prepare your body for those spring outdoor activities, then our lower body focused pilates class will help get you properly equipped to take on any bump in the road! Pilates is essential for one's balance, mobility, flexibility, core strength and alignment. All those principles are necessary to help you take on those trails and outdoor activities, to prevent injuries, and promote your body awareness. So what are you waiting for? Come join us at the Edmonds Shoreline Club Pilates studio and we'll help you set your body up for success in the spring time!
