A space for you to move, build community and get fresh air all while your kids get to play and make new friends. It's relaxed, at least as relxed as it can be with kids, but hey, thats mom-life. We're all about living in the moment, as a family, as a community.

All you need is a mat or towel/ blanket. Ankle weights/ accessories are optional. All movement will be geared towards pregnant/postpartum moms, but all are welcome!

If there is interest, we can do a 5 min yoga with the kids before or after our mom class. The class will be a 45 min routine. You are welcome to join in or just stretch while the kids play! Please consult with your doctor first about excercise.
