At modelme we believe in combining mental and physical health, and our fitness events do exactly that - working out in community, creating a space for you to meet other like-minded people who you can build friendships with, while you also work on your mental health.

• What support you need in certain seasons
• Embracing the journey
• Stepping out of your comfort zone
• Knowing when to pause, knowing when to accelerate
