Join Movement Driven Life, NWA's first mobile fitness studio, for a beginner friendly mat Pilates class on the patio at Natural State Beer Co.!

Bring your mat and enjoy this 45 minute movement class designed to nourish, tone and strengthen your body and mind. This class is for everyone! All ages and fitness levels welcome!

Need a mat? No problem we will have extras to borrow. Price of ticket does not include a beverage, but let's stick around and enjoy the patio after!
