May 15/16/17th - This course is for a qualified Pilates Teacher, who wants to bring pre-and postnatal Pilates their students after completing this course you can train with me to do pre-and postnatal Pilates on the Reformer.
The course is designed to prepare your client for birth and then to rehab her Post Partum. You will learn so much about the body and how it prepares for birth - how the body adapts Posturally - and how to work your client back to a body she feels comfortable in. So much happens in pregnancy and birth and supporting this group of women is very rewarding.
The course is very enjoyable, worthwhile and we cover a lot of ground. It’s all in person in my studio in Galway . There are online teaching support tools, and plenty of homework to do.
