Pilates Mat in the Park
About this Event
This full-body workout focuses on building core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness through controlled, low-impact movements. Although we love a sculpt class this is not that. This 50 minute Pilates mat class is rooted in the six principles of Pilates - centering, concentration, control, precision, breath and flow.
Exercises are performed on a mat using your own body weight, with options provided for all levels. This session is ideal for those new to the practice as well as seasoned participants. No matter your experience, you’ll be supported and encouraged as you build strength, stability, and confidence.
