Join us for a relaxing morning of movement, shopping, and community at beautiful 4Roots Farm in Orlando!

Start your Saturday with a 45-minute Pilates class led by Lauren Sokayev, then spend the morning exploring a curated outdoor wellness market featuring some of Orlando's favorite local businesses.

After the Pilates class concludes, the Wellness Social Market will officially open to the public, giving attendees the first opportunity to browse and shop our incredible lineup of local vendors before the community joins us.
