PILATES IN THE PARK

Heya! Are you ready to join our amazing Pilates community? We're all about balance - we tone together, and we brunch together!

Come join us for a beginner-friendly Pilates class in the park and let's get toned and strong while enjoying the beauty of nature (and Cambridge) around us. Please bring your own mat (or towel).

New to Pilates? That's perfectly fine, I'll tailor the exercises to your level and I'm always there to guide you for correct movements and form.

And guess what? If you’re free post-class, we love to catch up over some coffee and brunch🥐☕

WHEN: Every Saturday at 10AM

WHERE: Meet in the corner of Parker's Piece by the Fire Station (look out for the yoga mats!)

Attendees will be required to sign our fitness waiver.
