Come join us for a mat Pilates Session outdoors in Queens! Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned pro, this event would be perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Please note that this is a mat class, and you must bring your own mat.

This event will be led by the certified Pilates instructor Amanda Hunt. Expect great music and vibes as we work to tone your body in the community!
